Our Deepest Thanks to Our Volunteers
We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the dedicated volunteers who worked tirelessly throughout the festival weekend. We also want to thank everyone who generously donated food and refreshments to help keep our team fed and energized over the weekend. You are the heartbeat of this festival!
Looking to 2027: We Desperately Need Your Help!

The Portland Festival is organized entirely by a fully volunteer team. This year, our small board truly did not have enough hands, and we will not be able to bring the festival back for 2027 without additional committee members.
We desperately need dedicated people who can join our committee and commit to our monthly meetings when planning begins this fall. While festival-weekend volunteers are incredibly important, we need folks to help build the foundation in the months leading up to it.
- No experience is needed!
- Most months, we only meet once.
- Things only begin to ramp up in the final two months before the festival.
If you love this neighborhood tradition and want to ensure it survives, please step up. All are welcome!
How to get involved:
- Email us: info@portlandfestival.org
- Follow us on Facebook: Stay tuned to our page where we will post our upcoming community meeting dates.
